The class of 2028 is currently in their sophomore year of high school. Sophomores are turning 16, which for many means job searching and considering college. Classes are getting harder, the pressure to build a foundation for the future is mentally taxing.
This difficult year is often referred to as sophomore slump. If you feel like this applies to you. According to a Harvard College Student news:

Taking naps
Of course sophomores aren’t the only students in a slump and it’s perfectly normal to feel tired at times. And taking a quick or long nap can help you regain a little energy!
Going outside
Taking a break from school work or screens and getting some fresh air outside like going on a walk, bike ride, hanging out with friends. You’d be surprised how much this can boost your mood and clear your mind even for a little bit.
Sweet treats
Going out for a nice treat like ice cream or boba tea or anything they float your boat … Like a root beer float! Or making cookies with your friends.
Get involved in new activities in your community.
Maybe you’re not too busy with school but you are feeling a little down and bored. Do some crafts, pick up a new sport for fun, find a way to help or volunteer in your community.
a study by Urban Legend News:
https://www.urbanlegendnews.org/features/2019/12/09/sophomore-slump-proves-prevalent-among-students-barely-recognized-by-faculty/, claims that about 68% of sophomores have experienced some sort of slump. And about 52.8% have experienced a motivation drop from freshmen year to sophomore year.
If you’re feeling unmotivated or extra anxious during your sophomore year, remember you are not alone. Many students experience these feelings, and even if you aren’t a sophomore, it’s ok to ask for help from peers and teachers.
