The DECA potluck was a social event where members came to share a variety of bought and homemade dishes. Students contributed everything from main meals to desserts, a diverse spread for everyone to share.
Along with food, the potluck featured karaoke and group games that encouraged members to interact and build connections outside of regular meetings. The event served as a way of students to get to know each other in a relaxed environment.
DECA will continue to have social gatherings and community-building events will be held in the future to strengthen chapter involvement.
