“Royal Ball” Prom Quickly Approaching

This year, Roseville’s “Royal Ball” Prom will be held on Saturday, April 27th, at the Minneapolis Union Depot. Tickets for the prom are being sold on Edutrak for $40 until April 25th.

All RAHS or FAHS juniors or seniors are able to go to prom. The form deadline for bringing guests who do not attend RAHS or FAHS has passed, but students are still able to bring a freshman or sophomore RAHS or FAHS student as a guest by talking to the activities office.

The Grand March will be held in the Thien Auditorium at 4 pm on April 27th. A donation of $2 or a donation to the RAHS food shelf is suggested to watch the Grand March.

Doors will open at 8 pm, and admission will continue until 9:30 pm. The dance will go on until 11:00 pm, and there will be no readmission.

Parking for prom is available on the corner of Silby Street and Kellogg Blvd in underground parking lot A. Parking in lots B and C is also available, usually for $4.

An unsupervised coat rack will be available at the venue, and all small bags and purses will be screened upon entry. No outside food or drink is permitted in the venue, and all guests will receive an Alcoblow screening test before being admitted.

The venue provides snacks and beverages, as well as two photo booths, and they are included free of charge.

The dress code is formal, and attendees typically wear dresses, suits, or ties. The Prom Closet is available for gently used or new formal attire. Contact your counselor or the prom committee for more information.
