WHAT IF IT’S US BY: Adam Silvera and Becky Albertalli

What if it’s Us is a LGBTQ+ YA novel,  Set in modern times the book follows two boys one who is a New York native and one visiting from Georgia for the summer.

As the story progresses the reader sees how the protagonists’ paths cross and how they try to return to their lives before they met.  Drawn together by a special connection the protagonists and readers wonder, will they find each other or will they forget about their bond by the end of the summer?

What if it’s Us is incredibly sweet and an overall fun read. I enjoyed watching the main characters grow throughout their journeys.  This is a duology and in my opinion the second one was not as good but both were worth the read.

This is definitely worth reading.
