The Roseville Girls Swim and Dive team is off to a strong start for the 2022 season.

The Varsity team traveled to Duluth for an invitational meet on October 8 to compete against teams from around the state and placed third out of seven teams. 

At the Duluth meet the 200 meter freestyle relay team, comprised of junior Sophia Seifert, sophomore Greta Wiskus, freshman Lennea Brandt, and junior Ingrid Holm, placed first.

Senior Mallory Homzik also placed second in the 100 backstroke at the Duluth invitational. 

The captains this year are Anna Mechura, Josie Lavell, Mallory Homzik, Kali Mishek, and Emily Sjobeck, all seniors.

The team has won two out of six dual (two team) meets this year, and have three remaining this season. 

Senior night will be on October 18 at 6pm, at Parkview center school. JV conference will be on November 5th and Sections this year will be on November 10-12.
